Gregory J. Rubens has been appointed as City Attorney by the City of San Carlos.  Greg replaces Robert J. Lanzone who retired after 20 years on the job.  Linda J. Noeske will continue to serve as Deputy City Attorney.  Linda J. Noeske has recently been appointed to serve on the San Mateo County Bar Association Board of Directors and was named a Northern California Super Lawyer in 2010.
